Notes
All prices are shown including VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Fees are due before the website becomes live and on each anniversary of that date. We reserve the right to suspend websites if payment is not received within 30 days.
The annual fee includes minor changes such as changes to opening hours, fees, etc. If major changes are required then an additional fee will be chargeable.
All fees are subject to change.
Actual business benefit cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on variables beyond our control.
Text and photographs submitted by clients for use on their website must be originated by them or be accompanied by the permission of the copyright owner.
We aim to have websites ready within a week of receiving a confirmed order. However, at busy periods this may not be possible.
Domain names cannot be guaranteed until the registration has been confirmed. Please do not publicise or order stationery to be printed with a domain name until it has been confirmed by us by e-mail or letter.
If this agreement is terminated within the first year no fees can be refunded. After the first year fees will be refunded pro rata.
Liability is limited to refund of fees paid.
